Site and Store Terms

These terms apply to use of quosine.com, QuosineDSP accounts, store pages, downloads, support, trials, activation, and purchases. QuosineDSP is operated by Elkwai Solutions LLC.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account email, password, and authentication factors secure. Account access may use passwords, email verification codes, MFA, session cookies, and recovery processes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, abuse account recovery, or interfere with the site or store.

Purchases and payments

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout when checkout is open. Prices, taxes, discounts, trial availability, supported formats, and release availability may vary by product and launch stage. A purchase creates the product entitlement shown at checkout and in your account.

Trials, downloads, and licenses

Trial access is time limited and may require activation. Paid licenses unlock the purchased product or suite according to the applicable Software License Agreement. Downloads, activation files, product keys, and installer access may require sign-in, verified email, purchase status, and license checks.

Refunds and support

Support requests can be sent to support@quosine.com or through the Support issue report form. Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status, product access, fraud risk, applicable law, and the facts of the request.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse checkout, scrape private endpoints, share license keys, attempt to bypass activation, submit malicious files, use false purchase details, interfere with security controls, or use QuosineDSP systems to violate law or the rights of others.

Product information

QuosineDSP aims to describe product capabilities accurately. Pre-release, planned, beta, trial, or coming-soon features may change before final release. Product documentation and learning articles are educational and do not guarantee a specific artistic, commercial, or technical outcome.

Disclaimers and liability

The site, store, downloads, trials, and support are provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuosineDSP disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-project, or lost-data damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so some limits may not apply.
