Privacy Policy
QuosineDSP is operated by Elkwai Solutions LLC. This policy explains how QuosineDSP handles information for accounts, purchases, trials, downloads, licensing, activation, support, marketing signup, security, and current or future QuosineDSP audio software.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact information such as email address, purchase email, support email, account security settings, and marketing signup status. We collect purchase and licensing records such as order identifiers, Stripe checkout identifiers, product entitlements, license keys, trial status, activation request metadata, and signed activation records.
For product activation, the software or activation helper may provide hashed hardware factors, plugin format, plugin version, host name, package checksum, activation request hash, and related security flags. QuosineDSP is designed to avoid raw serial numbers when a hashed factor is sufficient.
For support and issue reports, we collect the information you submit, including descriptions, host app, operating system, plugin version, screenshots, and contact email. Screenshots may contain personal or project information if you include it.
For site protection, we may store privacy-preserving hashes of IP address and user agent, security events, audit records, session cookies, email verification status, and consent records.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, process purchases, issue trials and licenses, validate activation, deliver downloads, prevent license abuse, provide support, send requested emails, maintain security, detect misuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve QuosineDSP products.
Email verification and marketing
When you create an account or request account verification, QuosineDSP may send a 6-digit verification code to your email address. Verification codes expire after 30 minutes. Marketing signup is optional and requires consent. You can ignore verification emails you did not request.
Service providers
QuosineDSP may use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, payments, checkout, fraud prevention, downloads, backups, analytics, and support processes. Current providers include Cloudflare for site infrastructure and storage, Stripe for checkout and payment records, and Microsoft email services for account, verification, launch, and support emails.
Retention and security
We retain account, purchase, license, activation, security, support, and audit records as needed to provide downloads, license recovery, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and support. We use signed license files, hashed activation factors, HttpOnly session cookies, MFA support, encrypted backups where configured, access controls, and audit logs to protect the system.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, choose not to submit optional support screenshots, sign out of browser sessions, and contact support about access, correction, deletion, or export requests. Some purchase, license, security, and accounting records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or product-access reasons.
Children
QuosineDSP products and store accounts are intended for audio creators and professional or educational use, not for children under 13.
