Software License Agreement
This Software License Agreement applies to QuEQ and any current or future QuosineDSP audio software, plugins, installers, presets, documentation, activation utilities, updates, trials, and related files provided by Elkwai Solutions LLC under the QuosineDSP brand.
Acceptance
By installing, activating, copying, or using QuosineDSP software, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the software.
License grant
QuosineDSP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for personal, professional, educational, or commercial audio production according to the license, trial, or suite entitlement associated with your account.
Trials and paid licenses
Trials are time limited and may display trial or expired-trial notices. Paid licenses unlock the purchased product or suite. A license may be tied to the account, product, license key, activation file, supported plugin formats, and authorized computer. Free products may be licensed automatically when released as free software.
Activation and security
The software may use online or offline activation. Activation requests may include hashed hardware factors, product id, plugin format, plugin version, host information, activation request hash, and package checksum. Activation files are signed and may be checked by supported plugin formats for the same product. You may not bypass, tamper with, share, resell, or defeat licensing or activation controls.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute the software, share license keys, sell unauthorized copies, rent or sublicense the software, remove notices, use the software to build a competing copy, or reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or bypass protection except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
Ownership
QuosineDSP and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. The software is licensed, not sold. Your audio projects, recordings, mixes, masters, and creative output remain yours.
Updates and compatibility
Updates may change features, fix bugs, improve compatibility, or modify supported formats. QuosineDSP aims to preserve saved parameters and audio continuity, but you should back up critical projects before installing updates.
Audio and production disclaimer
Audio software can affect levels, phase, filtering, dynamics, latency, automation, session recall, and output. Use appropriate monitoring, backups, gain staging, and review before delivery. QuosineDSP does not guarantee a specific artistic, commercial, broadcast, mastering, or platform-acceptance result.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
The software is provided as available except where a written warranty is expressly provided. To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuosineDSP disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-project, lost-data, or production-delay damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so some limits may not apply.
Termination
This license terminates if you materially violate the agreement. After termination, you must stop using the software and delete unauthorized copies. Valid project files remain yours, but continued use of the software requires a valid license or trial.
