QuEQ · signature equalizer

A clean-canvas EQ for precise decisions.

QuEQ is being designed as the signature QuosineDSP equalizer: a direct, analyzer-aware interface for static EQ, dynamic behavior, spectral-style shaping, and channel-aware targeting in one focused workflow.

No default dot clutterStart clean. Add only the bands the sound asks for.
Listen and compareLoop options and plugin on/off controls help users see and hear the interface idea.
Modes with purposeStatic moves first; dynamic and spectral-style behavior when the problem needs it.
Honest statusThis is an interactive showcase, not a final commercial build.
QuEQ interactive UIPlay a loop, add bands, drag nodes, and toggle Plugin On/Off.
The preview keeps the full interface together as a scaled surface. Use “Open full-size UI” above if your screen is narrow.

Clean canvas first

QuEQ should feel calm when opened. Instead of dropping users into a forest of handles, the graph starts with no default bands so the first move is intentional.

Analyzer as a guide, not a replacement for listening

The analyzer shows source and processed shapes so learners can connect what they hear to what they see. The goal is better decisions, not mixing by eyesight alone.

Static, dynamic, and spectral-style thinking

Some problems need a simple cut. Some only show up when a sound gets loud. Some are moving textures. QuEQ is structured to let those ideas live in one workflow.

Stereo, mid, and side awareness

Channel targeting lets producers shape the center and sides differently. Used carefully, this can clean the middle while preserving width.

listen → add → shape → compare

Q-tip: the most advanced EQ move is often the smallest one you can clearly justify.
