Terms of Service

Last updated: May 23, 2026. These terms are prepared for Quosine.com and should be reviewed before commercial launch.

1. Scope

These Terms govern use of Quosine.com, QuosineDSP product pages, support resources, account features, trials, downloads, and store functions. Software use is also governed by the Software EULA.

2. Honest product status

Some product pages may describe planned, preview, prototype, or unreleased capabilities. We will avoid presenting unreleased features as final commercial functionality. Performance claims should be supported by test data before publication.

3. Accounts

When accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Administrative or suspicious activity may require additional verification.

4. Store and payment

Payments are planned to be processed by a third-party payment provider. QuosineDSP should not collect or store full payment card numbers. Product inventory, pricing, and license issuance must be controlled server-side.

5. Trials

Product trials are planned for 14 days and should not automatically convert into paid purchases. Trial terms must be clearly shown before the trial starts.

6. Refunds

Paid plugin purchases are planned to be eligible for a complete refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Refund Policy. A refunded license is canceled.

7. Support

Support resources may include documentation, release notes, known issues, account help, and contact routes. Support response times are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

8. Prohibited use

• Do not attempt to bypass license controls, activation systems, download authorization, or account security.
• Do not scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with the website, APIs, store, or update systems.
• Do not use QuosineDSP software in violation of law or third-party rights.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated. Material changes should be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance where allowed by law.
