14-day purchase refund
Paid plugin purchases are planned to be eligible for a complete refund within 14 days from the purchase date. This refund window should be shown clearly on product and checkout pages before purchase.
Trials first
Each plugin is planned to offer a 14-day free trial so users can test compatibility, workflow, and sound before purchasing. Trials should not require payment details and should not automatically convert into paid purchases.
What happens after a refund
- The paid license is canceled.
- Access to paid downloads, updates, and activation for that purchase may be removed.
- Installed software may return to unactivated reminder mode if available.
Refund destination
Refunds should be returned to the original payment method when processed through the payment provider. Bank/card processing time may vary.
Abuse and exceptions
QuosineDSP may deny or manually review requests involving fraud, payment abuse, repeated refund cycling, chargeback manipulation, or violation of license terms. Support can still consider exceptional circumstances.
How to request a refund
When the store is live, users should request refunds through the account portal or support@quosine.com. Include order email, product, purchase date, and a short reason.
