End User License Agreement
Last updated: May 23, 2026. This EULA is prepared for QuosineDSP plugins and should be reviewed before sale.
1. License grant
Subject to payment or valid trial status, QuosineDSP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for music production, sound design, performance, education, and related creative work.
2. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Elkwai Solutions LLC retains ownership of the software, brand, code, design, DSP systems, documentation, and related intellectual property.
3. Trial license
Each plugin may offer a 14-day free trial. The trial is intended to let users evaluate workflow, compatibility, sound, CPU behavior, and fit before purchase. Trials should not auto-bill or auto-convert to paid licenses.
4. Unactivated reminder mode
After a trial expires, the plugin may remain signal-processing functional while showing persistent activation reminders. This allows evaluation continuity but is not a paid license. Reminder behavior should be clear and non-destructive.
5. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering except where law expressly allows.
- No redistribution, resale, rental, sublicensing, or hosting of the software without written permission.
- No attempts to bypass activation, licensing, or update checks.
- No use of the software name, logo, or UI to imply endorsement without permission.
6. Updates
Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, new features, or changes to behavior. Some updates may require a valid license or account entitlement.
7. Compatibility
Plugin compatibility depends on operating system, architecture, DAW, plugin format, drivers, and hardware. Compatibility claims should be listed on product pages and release notes.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Except where required by law, the software is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility, or fitness for every workflow. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuosineDSP and Elkwai Solutions LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the software.
10. Termination
The license may terminate if you materially violate the EULA, abuse the licensing system, commit fraud, or receive a refund. Upon termination, you must stop using the paid licensed version.
